Just 1 km from the historic center of Sarlat, the capital of Périgord Noir, this charming 57 m² Périgord-style house offers a comfortable stay. Enjoy a spacious outdoor area with a terrace bordered by a large hedge, perfect for relaxing in the greenery and watching beautiful sunsets. Children will love the large meadow with a play structure. Private parking and a bike storage room are available. The house is detached and not overlooked. Inside, you’ll find a kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a crib, one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, the terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, parasols, loungers, and a barbecue. Families are welcome: a baby bathtub, potty, changing mat, and high chair are provided. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee. Being just 1 km from the town center, you can easily walk to enjoy daytime and evening events without worrying about parking. Within 10 km, discover castles, caves, and typical villages like Les Milandes, Castelnaud, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Les Eyzies (the prehistoric capital), and Lascaux. For swimming, the Dordogne River is 10 km away, as well as the Tamnies and Groléjac lakes, all unpolluted. The lakes are supervised and equipped for children. In summer, night markets with food stalls and live music are often held around the lakes.
